Delivery and Return
Tillie Beads uses a Thailand Post courier for ePacket, Dragon Courier and EMS for express delivery. Please select your preferred shipping method at the checkout page.
Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for your handmade bead piece to be crafted and shipped from the order date. If the item(s) you ordered are currently in stock, we will promptly dispatch it to you within our specified time frame (1-2 working days).
Estimated shipping times:
- Local – Thailand : 1-3 days
- EMS World : 3-7 days
- ePacket/ AIRMAIL : 7–14 days
- Dragon Courier : 5-8 days
Once a package has been shipped and picked up by your selected shipping carrier, Tillie no longer has control over the package. We cannot be held responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out. You can track your package through Thailand Post by using the provided tracking number.
Import and Tax
Please note that for international shipments, customs, duties, and fees may apply, and it is the recipient's sole responsibility to cover these charges. The specific fees may vary depending on the destination country, and customs procedures may cause potential shipping delays.
Return and Exchange
All sales are final. We are pleased to offer returns for items that have defects and are faulty. Please note the following guidelines for return requests:
- Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email mytilliebeads@gmail.com with the order number in the subject line of your email. (Return #0000)
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, without any signs of use.
Kindly be aware that the cost of return shipping, as well as any duties and import taxes related to an international return, are the responsibility of the customer.
