Delivery and Return
At Tillie Beads, we offer two shipping options from Thailand. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Please allow 1–3 weeks for your handmade beaded piece to be carefully crafted and prepared for shipping. If your item is already in stock, it will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Thailand (Domestic): 1–3 business days
- Dragon Courier (Express): 5–10 business days (delivered via UPS)
- Thailand Post ePacket: 7–14 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen shipping delays.
Once your order has been shipped and collected by the selected carrier, Tillie Beads is no longer responsible for the package while it is in transit. We cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Track Your Order
You can track your Dragon Courier or Thailand Post ePacket shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders shipped via Thailand Post ePacket or Dragon Courier (with final delivery by UPS), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For customers in the United States, we ship via Dragon Courier, with final delivery by UPS. All taxes and import duties are included in the shipping cost, so no additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
As each Tillie Beads piece is handmade, all sales are final. However, we are happy to assist if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email mytilliebeads@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line (e.g. Return #0000).
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with no signs of wear.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any duties or import taxes associated with returning an international order.
